Kruizey Kidz Ltd garments are made in New Zealand so we are able to keep a tight control on the quality of all garments.   Therefore, we endeavour to meet high standards of workmanship and we take pride in this.   Should any garment not measure up to these standards, simply return it and we will happily replace it or refund your purchase price.  
We are proud to be totally New Zealand Made with all our own label.
 
Returns Policy
 
A full refund will be provided to any goods returned to us, unopened in their original packaging and within 10 days. Shipping expenses, in both directions, are not refundable.
If the goods you receive are faulty, we will replace those goods if they are returned to us within 20 days of purchase. Reimbursement for shipping expenses will be up to the value of the original quoted shipping cost.
After 10 days returns and refunds are subject to manufacturers warranty.
 
New Zealand Delivery
 
When you place your order you will receive an email confirming delivery and billing details. Delivery details must include a street address as we do not deliver to post office boxes. We accept no responsibility for failing to deliver if you provide an incorrect street address. A courier is used for all town and city and rural deliveries. Please allow two to three working days for your order to arrive and up to 4 days for Rural.
 
Note: "Working days" do not include Saturday, Sunday or public holidays.
 
International Delivery
 
 When you place your order you will receive an email confirming delivery and billing details. Delivery details must include a street address as we do not deliver to post office boxes. We accept no responsibility for non-delivery if you provide an incorrect street address. All Australian orders are sent via New Zealand Post, please allow 3-7 working days. All international orders are sent through New Zealand post. Please allow 10 working days.

Note: Delays due to customs clearance or internal service are not accounted for. International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes levied by the authorites in your country. These duties, taxes or charges are payable by the receiver.
